Cookie and Tracking Technologies Policy

The cookies, browser storage and app SDKs RYDZ uses, including optional Microsoft Clarity analytics, and your choices.

  • Effective 19 October 2026 · Last updated 19 October 2026 · Version 1.0
  • Applies to: Website visitors and app users

1. Overview

RYDZ uses website cookies, local storage and app identifiers only where there is a valid legal basis and legitimate purpose. A cookie is a small browser-held identifier; mobile-app analytics may use a device or installation identifier rather than a browser cookie. This policy applies to rydzmw.com, the RYDZ ticket website at ticket.rydzmw.com where available, and official RYDZ applications; it complements our Privacy Policy.

The RYDZ website does not set cookies of its own. The only cookies on rydzmw.com are those set by Microsoft Clarity, and only after you accept analytics.

4. Data shared and duration

When you accept analytics, Microsoft Clarity receives information about how you use the website, such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, together with device and browser details, referring page, IP address and approximate location. We do not authorize third-party analytics to obtain national-ID scans, exact passenger manifests, payment PINs or complete live location trails. The cookie names, purposes and lifetimes are listed in the Cookie Register below.

5. Browser and mobile choices

You may block or delete cookies in your browser; this can break login or booking functions on the ticket website. Mobile device settings govern notification permissions, location and camera access for the RYDZ apps. Removing app storage may log you out but does not automatically erase server-held transaction or statutory records. For erasure requests see Data Rights and Account Deletion.
