RYDZ brings riders, captains and transport businesses together on one platform, with an app for each. Riders request on-demand rides in three classes. Captains choose the rides they take: their own radius, trip length, offers and preferences. RYDZ Business gives transport operators tools to run their routes, schedules and staff.

How a ride works
Eight steps from “Where to?” to your receipt.
This is the sequence the RYDZ app follows on every trip, from searching for a place to rating your captain.
Where to?
Search for a place or pick it on the map.
Confirm your pickup
Set your pickup point the same way. If no captains are nearby, the app tells you before you go any further.
Choose your class
See the route, distance and duration, then choose Economy, Premium or Luxury.
Choose how to pay
Cash to the captain, or your RYDZ Wallet. A wallet payment is checked against the fare before you book.
Pick your captain
Captains near you are asked, nearest first. Their offers arrive with a sound: accept the one you want, or decline.
Watch them arrive
See your captain’s name, rating and vehicle, follow them on a live map and chat in the app.
Start with your code
The app shows you a start code. Your captain enters it to begin the trip, and you follow the route live.
Arrive, rate, done
Rate your captain, trip and vehicle. A receipt is ready in the app, and the ride joins your history.

Before you’re picked up
- Every captain uploads a driving licence, insurance, a certificate of fitness, a photo of themselves and four vehicle photos
- RYDZ reviews each document and approves, rejects or suspends captains
- A new captain stays pending until RYDZ approves them
- You see your captain’s name, rating and vehicle
On the trip
- Live map of your captain’s approach and the trip
- In-app chat between you and your captain
- Ride preferences, such as accessibility, are applied when you’re matched
- The fare is fixed by the offer you accept; neither phone can change it afterwards
After you arrive
- Riders rate captains, and captains rate riders
- Captains who cancel often or ignore requests are offered fewer of them
- Every completed ride gets a receipt

Choose the rides you take.
With the RYDZ Captain app for Android, you set where you work and what you charge. Sign up with email or Google, add your documents and vehicle, and go online once RYDZ approves you.

Documents can be a PDF, a photo or a document file. Each one is reviewed and marked verified or rejected, and the app shows you anything left to fix.

RYDZ Business is where transport operators set up routes, schedules and seat maps, manage bookings and staff, and follow their settlements. RYDZ verifies each business and grants the services it can sell before it goes live.
