Get the RYDZ app for iPhone or Android and sign in the way that suits you.

Booking a ride

This is the order the app takes you through. You can have one active ride at a time.

Search for the place you're going, or pick it on the map.Confirm your pickup

Matched to what you need.
Set your preferences in the app. Captains set what their vehicle offers, and you're only matched with captains whose vehicle and settings fit.

Payments
Cash or RYDZ Wallet.
Choose how to pay before you request. These are the two ways to pay for a ride.

| RYDZ Wallet | Pay from your wallet balance. The balance is checked against the fare before you book, and the ride is settled from your wallet when it completes. Your wallet shows your balance and a filterable transaction history. |

The app shows the terms before you cancel. Cancelling is free until a captain accepts and for a short time after; a fee may apply after that, or if you don't show up.
After the trip
Rate it, keep the receipt.

Rate your captain with stars and an optional note, and rate the trip and the vehicle separately.Receipts
A receipt is created automatically when the ride completes. View it in the app, or share and download it as a PDF.Ride history

Deleting your account
Riders delete their account in the RYDZ app: go to Settings and choose Delete account. The account is deactivated straight away and can be recovered by signing back in within 30 days.
